Sessions may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance program. Please check your coverage closely by asking the following questions:

-Does my insurance include mental health therapy benefits via in person therapy or tele-therapy?

-Do I have a co-pay and how much is it?

-What is my insurance's coverage amount per therapy session?

-What is my deductible and has it been met?

-How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

-Is pre-approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

Notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
